Brad's path to Peaksware was by no means direct, initially taking him through the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. After three years of pharmacy school, he switched to computer science and started to work for HealthTech Solutions, where he learned how to write Active Server Pages using Visual Basic Script.

Brad then worked as a web developer for the Center for Engineering Computing at Washington University, where he later becoming a lead web developer and finished his computer science degree. He earned his MBA from Washington University in the summer of 2005, and then after founding NeoCoach, an automated coaching system based on GPS data, he started working for MotionBased, a division of Garmin. Finally, he joined the team at Peaksware in 2006.

While studying computer science in St. Louis, Brad’s interest in endurance sports led him to found the St. Louis triathlon club, currently still the biggest triathlon club in the city with over 400 active members. He was an Ironman Wisconsin Finisher in 2004 and 2005, and finished Ironman Canada in 2009.

Brad combined his software development skills and interests in GPS technology while at Garmin to design the Trail Network search engine, and later built the course creator for Peaksware. Both of these breakthroughs in training technology continue to play an important role in the athletic development of athletes around the world. As Chief Technology Officer at Peaksware, Brad continues to design new ways for Peaksware to support the company’s clients in their search for ideal fitness, maximum achievement, and peak performance.
